Link your amazon account to Twitch under setting within Twitch.

Follow and Subscribe to OptionPlay channel
Amazon prime members get a free subscription to a twitch channel each month. Usually this is $4.99, but it's included when you have Amazon Prime. You can continue to subscribe to my channel each month for free to keep receiving the monthly $1 amazon e-gift cards.

Receive Amazon e-gift card
Before you can receive the gift card, you must provide me your username on twitch and email in which I can send the e-gift card too. Gift cards are sent around the 15th of the following month.
Fill out the form with just your Twitch username and email. This helps me verify you are subscribed and gives me the email address to send the card. This only needs to be done once.
